well i feel yes they are the latest america war on iraq well we know wat the real reason was ?? it was all due to saddam using euro as currency for international trade so all countries are ready to do anything for achieving heights

Non-violence is not an outdated concept.Nobody needs war.War doesn't bring anything except destructions and devastations. If a country really needs to solve a problem, then it must come to the table for discussions.Think about the repurcussions of Iraq war.How many innocent civilians lost their lives?Nobody needs such a kinda situation in any part of the world.Violence will make the Earth a hell.Best living example of Non-violence is Nelson Mandela.

Humans, by nature, are a violent species, so non-violence and peace are at odds with our very inner being. When faced with a peaceful situation, a lot of people will try and make a conflict. It makes them feel more alive.

No not at all. Peace is evergreen and non violence too. But today's politicians have made non violence a child's play by undergoing fasts for silly matters and who know whether they were really fasting or feasting behind the screens. I dont blame all, i blame only a few corrupt guys. Only non violence can solve most problems. Take for example the India and Pakistan peace talk, it is producing more results than the Kargil war.

I think it all depends on us. who are the people standing in rally, who are the persons who support politicians, who are the persons who divides people based on their religion well, the answer to all this questions is same, We. We are the ones who follow politicians and easily get convinced from their flattery and without thinking a bit we follow them and whatever they say we follow and that leads to violence vanishing peace.

Well, I think that nonviolence and peace are not outdated concepts. There are actually people who have trust in peace and non-violence. They stay quiet for all the violence happening with them however i think you should get into you violence when it is needed. You should be violent where you require to be. All the time violence doesn't work rather it results in more worse scenario. You can stay away from such situation via peace to limit and if the person in front crosses the limit of your patience, I believe getting violent is not a issue.
