I think it's worthless asking this question in a country where people can't even be expected to behave in a civilised manner. The depravity with which the women were treated in different parts of the country on New Years' eve was absolutely disgusting; such people ought to be castrated and hanged.

your question is "is it ok to kiss in public?"
if its a mother child - its motherly love..
if its a boy and girl - its infactuation..
if its man -woman - its steamy scene..
if its between same sex - it would be awful LOL..
