Is Indian Management better than Modern Management

Is Indian Management (Jugaad or what we say in english is 'adjustments') better than what we learn in professional Management Courses. Is their a need for I Management inspite of the very fact that we have such sophisticated modern working culture.:thumbsup:

Yes . Indian Management is better than modern management
whatever todays modern management is its evoluted from our Indian management.
The Indian management is rooted in our culture thats why today also the mother in house manages all the economic resources very well such that each and every need is fulfilled without any load . It is in borne quality there is no need to learn financial management for that.

In my opinion indian management is good because its a mixture of both ,facts & technique.Our indian manager have solution for everything.
 
Today, our business is not confined in Indian territories only.... It has became global & being global one needs to follow the global culture and practices to become a leader.... The example of "Dabbawallas" follow management which is more analytical and professional than "Jugaad", the six sigma certificate proves it well.
 
Dear First You must make it clear the need for management study - which gives you a diverse understanding of the business and its environment its trend its working culture it twist and turns and above all the theory of all consistant application. You not only know How to do you also learn What to do.

As far as Indian context is concern it is the most volatile most versatile most vulnerable most mix type of environment is there and the study in this context makes you ready for the most versatile type of market. which will make you more tough player in this field. and now almost all Management school are having case based approach which is making them compete which the Global pattern of study. So I strongly recommend the Indian Management Education. Rest choice is yous..........................

Indian Management has for long relied on traditional methods of managing business and its activities and amazingly it has worked. Many Entrepreneurs and business tycoons have used these techniques which are "tricks of the trade" to come up in business.

While now the modern methods are based on previous knowledge which are researched and derived to find different ways to manage business...
