Highly useful for professional bankers, academicians and policy makers.

The report is a little old--in fact five years old--and therefore irrelevant to a great extent. Developments in Indian banking had substantially diverged from McKinsey's prognosis. The report has only limited value now particularly since there has been fundamental changes in global economy on account of recession creeping up in the interim.
