Hey Shalin, just got my free copy of 'Nautical Miles' today. I would say that the book is fine for people with average and below average English power. Lot of words which they've assumed to be tough are rather simple (atleast for me!)

Every page has some difficult words, whose meanings are given at the end of the page. There are a few sample exercises at the end of each chapter (9 in total) which includes exercises in flash cards, synonyms, antonyms, Fill in the blank, etc.

So if u feel that ur english needs a lot of improvement, i would suggest go for it, or else, u can even manage without it.
