Hi All, Plz Add ur experience, views n judgements on dis topic. How adversely private sector is affected?? Alternative options to overcome. Impact on BPO, KPO, Call centres?? Stratergies adopted by companies during recession. Cost cutting methods used by companies.
 
Lay offs used by companies.
Increasing working hours.
Cutting down perks, incentives and facilities.
No salary increments.
No promotion.
Recruiting fresher with low salary package.
