hey guys....i have a project 2 b done...the details r as follows...

i need 2 do IM of Mobile phones in Mexico....plz temme how do i go abt it...wht prcedure do i follow....i need info on mobiel markets in mexico...the competitors there, the internal n eexternal envt analysis, n thn how i should go abt IM of my product...plz help asap....its urgent...project has 2 b completed n submitted in a week....plz help ALSO i need the same info for the country ITALY also
