i need a career advice...
i want to improve my career and want to schedule it in a right way,,
so, plz help me,where can i post and where can i get this advice in correct form...
if there is any special website? plz mention it...

thanks in advance....i finished my mba in retail and supply chain management,
and working as assitant branch manager in viveks ltd..
its a retail industry..., i working here for past 1 month only..
joined recently....
i want to know how to grow up in my career with this industry..,
what can i do to make my career in a improvement way..,
is there any course or anyother way offered to go higher position..,
if there is any possible way, i want to work from now itself,so, that i'll promoted to higher position along with my career
 
Hi,
Its nothing to worry about. There are end number of career options available in the market.You can go for a career in Information technology,sales sector, Accounting and finance,Marketing section is also at its peak in the today's market scenario.

Hari, absorb all you can for few months and learn your shortcomings. Speak to your immediate boss and ask for his feedback after a quarter. Ask him specific areas where he thinks you need to broaden your skill set.

1 month work experience maybe too soon to ask for feedback or take up parallel courses.

I suggest you network some more, get to know your bosses and the courses or training they enrolled themselves into when they were at your stage and adapt.
