hi buddy.....well to start eith i must say that by taking HLL you have made your work a bit tough...as right now we r witnessing a sudden but welcome change in the management of Hll.......it has shifted its base.......and like it goes...even the top executives performance r now made result oriented....and this all comes with an appointment of a new CEo......Baille......hence you can look for quite a good compilation....

I m an ex employee of HLL worked for two months as a cbo ( HR), the company is a totally unprofessional company u will find people of different skillsets doing varied activities eg. sales in hr and hr in sales the reason i left hll was because being from hr i was given the task of sales and this was not discussed during my interview, further the misleading fact was my job profile which was mailed by their consultant which gave an idea about the role as a generalist hr role however it turned out to be a sales role. The very fact that the other person at similar designation had done sales for the company for last 30 yearsand suddenly bcause of the requirement was transfered to activities of hr, this speaks about the company. I dont know how i would have helped u but u can certainly look up to hll at a different angle after reading this and can add my experience to your project.
