How Does mots Work?

When you make or receive a call, the value of talk time stored reduces as per the airtime rates and the PSTN charges applicable. Once you have exhausted the talk time, you will need to recharge your card or it will get deactivated and you will lose your mobile phone number.

You have a grace period of 90 days within which you need to recharge your card.
To recharge the Mots card, just dial 500 from the mobile for IVR or send an SMS of your 14 digits recharge code to 555 (toll free) from your phone within the grace period.

Recharge scratch cards are available at your nearest mots outlet. In case your talk time validity period expires before you exhaust your talk time, you can carry forward all the balance talk time into your next usage.

Now you can recharge your mots at any ICICI Bank ATM. All account holders can access more than 1000 ATMs across the country, anytime they need a recharge. And there's no need to bother about cash, the recharge amount is automatically debited from your savings account.

All you have to do is insert your ATM card, click on "utilities payment", select "prepaid card" then go to Mots Mumbai. Simply key in the denomination you want and press enter. Your recharge code comes printed on your slip, and you are on your way.
