How many of the MBA students r really interested in doing their projects themselves?

I, an MBA student have learnt everybody wants to get their project done by some way or the other and not by doing it themselves.. This actually is one among the best way to do stuffs while learning but may cause trouble in future.. But who cares?

The world is where it is today by building up on others research. Ofcourse its upto you to submit to plagiarism or use research to develop business acumen.

Books, research journals, magazines, novels, everything really et al, is improving someone's work, including vocabulary in the oxford dictionary !

You could experience it yourself or make use of someone's experience.

There's a difference between smart work and hard work

I guess no one is intersted to do a project themself. In fact the basic instinct of a human being is to get it done in short cuts.

i feel it totally depends on the interest of the student.

eg. if i m interested in HR then i would seriously want to do projects in realtion to my interest, while for finance i would want to pass the buck to someone else or take a ready made project from such sites, tweak it to my requirements and i m done.

according to me hardly 4 out of 10 students mite be preparing their reports on their own

hmmm....hardly 10 percent.....and the rest are just concerned about downloading projects....some are so bad that they dont change anything in the project...

this is a very valid question. but this also has a lot to do with the repitition of the projects given by faculties also. if these was not the case then there might have more self analysis as solutions would not be available before hand

none in india do their projects themselves...they are heavily dependent on Google

its true that whenever a student is given a project the first thing is to search on the net if he can get a readymade project but there are some sincere students who do it by thmselves and some look for projects on net only as a reference so that their project can be more intense

I'm ready to slog for my project work provided if my Project Guide, offers his valuable guidance (in deeds not the one written in acknowledgement) throughout my project work and not at the end alone deliberately making some making some modifications 2 prove his intelligence. Leave alone some really talented and helpful guides, rest... ? I'm Sure...

really very few, but it is intresting to go through some other's research. But not copy it just like that. One should evaluate it and think what more he can do for the study.
