I'm Jayakumar working in Convergys, Hyderabad. I'm working in IT for close to 7 years now. Looks to me like I'm kind of older man trying to hang around with interesting and enthusiastic students like you all.

Hobbies: Reading of personality/mgmt books...Started looking out to do some management courses somewhere to grow up the career ladder.

Well rightly said more experience is da keyword..!! Well an mba degree surely gives u enough option for reaching the top of the ladder.. Nd if you thinking for giving cat this year. We have loads of material and mba aspirants arnd..!! Its jst a matter of posting and u'll get to see loads of replies 2 it..!!
