Help regarding management research project!

Hi guys,

I have no idea if my thread is relevant to this particular section.

I need help and some examples of management research projects on company problems. The scope of my project is:

  1. background of the organization
  2. identify 3 problems of the organization (e.g. leadership, motivation, communication, conflicts etc)
  3. literature review of the chosen problems
  4. determine the research method
  5. analyze the findings
  6. conclusion and recommendation

Is there anyone out there who can help me with this? I seriously have no idea on how to go about doing this project as I have never work in any organizations before.. :(

hello everyone...

i am doing MBA and I need to do a Management Research Project which is different from the training project. We need to do a proper research on any topic ( i want to do in finance). i m facing problem in selecting the topic. i m not able to decide which area should i focus on. Can any one suggest any topic preferably in the equity research or treasury management... plzz..
