1st start with term management and expalin wat is self management n explain hw daily wrk it self is self management..

if possible pls write the topics u hav to cover in detail
n regarding example 4m Inidan point of view u can take the example of Lord Ram- hw he managed himself n his wife n brother in 14 years of exile..al d best.
