for my garaduation project (last semester) i need a project titled

modulation of customer behaviour to enhance the quality and sales of a produt..

Dude,
firstly there is some problem with your topic modulation of customer behaviour to enhance the quality and sales of a produt...Either your prof is too intelligent or he might be tooo.......u know what:SugarwareZ-176:.Consumer behavior though can be modulated , it can only be modulated to the extent of getting more sales.in no case can it lead to a rise or a decline in quality.
OK,putting the lecture aside,the question is how do we attract the customer to the store n how do we bait him............remember `Customer Value`?tht guy will buy only if the product is of some value to him.Customer Value is =Price tht the customer pays - Customers perception of the product.Cool?Okay,with a retail store certain researches have shown tht humanbeings have a tendency of moving towards left when they enter a store,thts y u see the gud stuff in a well to do retail store towards left. the lay out is so managed tht the flow is mantained ...what i mean to say is enter & exit of customers.some stores on purpose keep there stores look stuffy eg Big Bazaar.,thts coz they cater to a different customer segment.
