HI there my name is Liz and I'm working in London, UK finally coming toward the end of CIPD qualification and am creating a thesis on employee retention within the recession.
I'm also studying for my Payroll Manager degree

I work for a company called Novus Leisure Ltd and have been here for about 8 years now - the recession stops me from moving on!
