Well,
I am looking at a number of things. But putting things simply on paper, I am looking to gain perspectives from management students from outside Australia and Singapore. It would be a good experience for me. I am about to complete my MBA next semester and then will be moving on to another semester of intensive study for my Master of Project Management, so this is the time when I am looking to expand on my network of management-related friends.
In management, it is best that you get to know as many people as possible, and this is the stage where you should do so. So hello to all, hopefully we will learn more than what the BSchool can teach us and than continue this to the professional world. In Australia, you need at least 2-3 years of managerial experience for admission into the MBA, so I have been a systems consultant in Singapore for a long time. After my dual degree programme, I plan to explore the corporate world further and continue my learning experience with a PhD in Management (preferably Knowledge Management) while working, since in Australia, any uni (preferably at UQ at St. Lucia, depending on my locality and employment) offers a part time option for a PhD...
So if anyone is looking to enhance their own ambitions and thinks that he needs to start working on his own research, feel free to contact me!
