HDFC Standard Life are looking out for Management Trainees !!!
Its an excellent oppurtunity for management students to EARN and LEARN and at the same time gain invaluable experience with "THE MOST RESPECTED LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY".

We are anyways thinking of opening a job site for management students :)

Godsjim, please confirm that this is not one of those jobs where you have to pay Rs 2k first, give some exam, get a title of insurance agent and then complete yearly targets.

Looking forward for exact job description and details .

Vishal, as far Your question is concerned my reply to it would be this :
Your job profile would be to recruit financial consultants for the company. You can do this either part time or full time. Its as per your wish .

hey guys, i found out what the job profile is......:SugarwareZ-191:

In short, You will be called Financial Consultants..........lolz......

in practical u will be called as Insurance Agent or Advisor of HDFC...........

You have to go for traning of 100 hrs - options Online & Offline,
then u have to give exam to get license and all.............

You have to bring business from ur side, like from relatives, friend circle or from people you know well.

Then, company may help you to study further in related subjects.........

Salary - Commission Basis, No fixed salary......:SugarwareZ-064:

at the outset let me inform you that its nothing of that sort ....
maybe you dont read english too well , if you could you would have observed that even karthik has asked me the same question to which i have posted a reply ... i advise you go through it properly ....

let me clarify again "YOUR JOB PROFILE AS A MANAGEMENT TRAINEE WOULD BE TO RECRUIT , i repeat RECRUIT FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS for the compnay rather than being one .


So i hope tht answers ur question again ...

FYI - the company would be issuing experince certificates to selected candidates and a certificate of excellence if you perform well !!! which would only add weightage to your resume when you want to get into the corporate world ....

so the choice is yours , think wisely and make it

But my comments are also true, their is opening for that job also, in Dombivili Branch.
