HardWorking or Smart working?

Honestly speaking hard work first and then smart work....i mean who would want an employee whose capable of smart work all the time with no actual interest or knowledge of his job.
Smart work does not credit a person as much as hard work.
But yes smart work is important in todays competitive world.

So work hard and play smart :)

The results in the professional front shows that always the smart work is being successful and being recognized by all. Hardworkers are never been
recognized as their growth plan gets suffered as well.

Managers today like to have smart workers becoz the results are appropriate and quick.

easy...smartwork is definately better.. hardworkers work hard during sch term,memorising pages and pages of theory.... however, the smartwork,dun nid to memorise tend to excel!!
 
Smart work is the best way out........

As said by Henry ford...

"progress isn't made by early risers or hard workers,
but by lazy people trying to find easier way to do the same..."

This says it all about smart work man.......
 
Smart working is essentially better allocation of a constraint resource(time) to achieve same or better results when compared to hardwork
 
In todays world where information is just a click away and cut-throat competition it is necessary instead of putting lot of efforts, it is better to put effort in right direction which is new mantra of today's generation.

Working hard always has given results as it was said before.....
but now - a days , it s smart work that counts...
Teenagers believe that smart working will reach them at great heights faster....
But without hard work , nothing will prevail...
 
Once it happened that a traveler was very tired to carry his bag. so he asks a coolie to help him.

HARD WORK :- A coolie picks up the travelers bags on his head.

SMART WORK :- A coolie who pulls the travelers bag on a carrier

by Smart work a coolie can reduce his own work and earn money.

thus acc. to me the difference between hard work and smart work is PRESENCE OF MIND

hard as well as smart work works out in the present environment

hard work is u working hard core to achieve but 1 cannot do eveythin by himself thus
smart work - usin ur brain/gettin thins done.....nyhow doublin the potential of work done

hence a combination of both hard+smart work= success
