Hard work or Smart work - Which is important?

i think two must be go together. the world not have free lunch.even though how smart with are work, but without work hard is impossible to reach the real success. like build a building, engineer construct the building use the diagram,it is work smart.but without the worker work hard build the building,it is not impossible to build it

There should be the fusion of both, if you have to achieve goals in our life. Donkey, do so much hard work but what is the results same as yesterday. Hard work is essential and without it you cannot even move but, there should be smart work too.Smart work will uplift your hard work and the final outcomes will be just as you were expecting. I hope you got it, for me there should be the fusion of both .
