Happy people fix problems instead of complaining about them

Understand it’s not just the resume that counts you also have to take into consideration the capabilities, their challenges and aspirations. Once you get to know these you/employer can plan goals and aim for both and help achieve the same.

Because since once the goal of employee is considered and when you work mutually the productivity increases as both of the aspirations get fulfilled; then you should offer opportunities to people at work. There are many ways you can tap their potential: coaching, skills workshops, courses, shadowing, and mentoring, increasing responsibility. Encourage them to step up. Since you already know their aspirations goals of life also possess clear expectations from them, see to it that they lay informed about the whole business and particularly about anything that impacts their jobs.

Communicate a clear vision of where you want to go as a team, and talk about how to get there. Invite collaboration and participation. Possess willingness to grow and change along with them. Go beyond the words being said to what isn't said. Listen to how something is said. Ensure that your employees have good equipment.

To: Objective job performance standards with measures fairly administered;

From: Careless or neglected safety and health conditions;

To: Clean, safe and healthy working conditions.
