Grievance Handling

hi everybody. There is no attachment. I m in urgent need of Grievance handling Procedures in an org ppt. Can anyone help?
 
Grievances and grudges among employees are inevitable in any organization, especially among team members. They are a common part of any work environment. Any personal factor or job related issue can cause differences among employees. If handled effectively, these differences are immensely helpful to convert a group lo people into a high performance team that really delivers. For this to happen it is absolutely necessary to handle complaints in a neutral manner.
