Facebook ! Seems to be Going Down with the Improvements in it :-o

We all have noticed the recent changes that have appeared on FB some liked while some found it confusing

The poll, carried out by Sodahead.com, found that the overwhelming majority of Facebook's users wanted things to go back to how they were.

According to a poll, 86 percent of Facebook users hate the new changes to the website, the Daily Mail reported.

What are your opinions over this?

Some change is for betterment and for fb it was to compete

what do you think how has this change effected fb?

I personally didn't like the changes to the chat that they have made and it seems that they keep copying the features that other social networking websites are offering. I think the subscription feature is suppose to be somewhat like a follower in twitter. I think they need to bring some sort of innovation that will appeal to the users.

Whatever it may be, people always love things being in the same old view but practically that will also lead to nothing for the company. They need to keep changing and improving in-order to avoid the site being idle.

Despite the changes that are made, it is the simplicity of the networking that makes FB a better place than the rest.

Facebook will be on TOP as long as we love LIKES, SHARES and COMMENTS.

acc to human behavior... people are resistant to changes that they have .. so when facebook changes , people do feel diff but get adapted to it soon..

Absolutely right! People only blame for a while and then get adapted. Afterall, we just need a place/network to chat with friends during leisure time.

If there are no changes, people would cry that being CONSTANT is boring. "HUMAN NATURE"

people get adapted later frustrated and finally decide to leave ;)

In my opinion most of the people are resistant towards change. As pointed above, some would have already thought that it was same everyday and has thus become boring. Perhaps those were among the 14%u0025 who liked the change?

Complaining is a human nature. Also quite a subtle nature is that people resist change. It was especially evident in the US where the people were reluctant to save their earning for future when they had to opt in to the program by filling up a form.

However, when the default setting was changed and made such that the people have to fill up a form to opt out from the program then too the people who were willing to opt out was found to be less. (Means that people who were unwilling to save formerly were now willing to save) Perhaps they were lazy or they were resistant to change! So, that's about the attitude of the most of the people.
