Eligibility Criteria:
• Only Graduates - BMS,B.Com,BBI,BA,BAF,B.Sc, BBA (No B.E/BSC-IT background/No MBA)
• Excellent knowledge in MS – Office Skills
• Typing speed min.30 WPM
• Should be willing to work in rotational shifts
• Candidates with minimum one year of Experience into “Customer Service”
• Should possess excellent communication skills
• Candidates should be willing to join within 1 week.
• Earlier applied candidates need not to re-apply

Job Profile:
• Should be able to respond to the customer's queries & complaints (non voice/back office)
• Should have good exposure to handling customers.
• Would be responsible to provide excellent customer service & continuous customer support
by resolving their queries.
