Experience and study are two different parts of single coin. Of course by studying you can get the knowledge but experience is also called as an study, observing and working on an object for a long time it will give you a result, that result know as the experience or a study through observation.

Where logic is totally different thing which measure the work behavior of different mentalities like person "A" can do a work in one way in 1 hour where as the person "B" can do the same work in another way within 30 minutes, here it makes a difference.

Studying only books is not called study and getting experience is not the tool for measuring the logic.

consider yourself worthy of whatever you have ,either experience or knowledge ...'coz if u've experience or knowledge and cant make use of either...ship has got to sink!

I think exp counts..coachin is just a pre requisite but as it happens..industry is totally diffrent than wat we read in books..do it urself..hands on!!!

tats wat it is actually..

both are equally important..experience is very important in todays life...
nobody is intrested in bookish knowledge...::spit:

When theory and experience are two sides of the same coin, then why to view them seperately. Obviously one cant break the opposite sides of a coin then why to distingusish between these two topics.

According to me both are equally important , its on your viewing ability and attitude.
If you see theory first and if you complete it successfully and avoid the second you'll be incomplete. Hence you need to face both the situations with confidence. It is then you be complete and be able to face this ever competitive world with weapon of your knowledge and skills which you gain through the above two aspects

Experience will complement the study. Both are essential for performing a job with best quality. One w/o the other will not help in doing effective job. So its not Experience Vs Study. Its Experience with Study.

I think study and experience are both different things. When we study we get the theoretical knowledge of any subject but experienced comes when you practically do the work on that subject. For example a mechanic in a garage may be illiterate and do not study any books but he has got many experienced of his working without studying any book.
