entrepreneurship Vs intrapreneurship

Hello,

I am Arun Alex, Student of Bachelor of Engineering at AK College Trivandrum, India. can anyone tell me entrepreneurship Vs intrapreneurship.
Which is more satifying ?

it depends on the person to person, in which he feel himself satisfied. Intrapreneurs are more attached to organisation and grow in his organisation we can also say that an Effecient person in an Organisation is an Intrapreneur by himself and Entrepreneurs are the one who risks more as compared to intraprenuers, which in the end completely depends on the persons traits and other important factors..
 
If you want to learn from your failures then entrepreneurship is the way to go. As rightly said by Abhijeet, entrepreneurs take a lot of risk and are seldom answerable to anyone (unless you have a board of directors to report to) .. entrepreneurship is a lot like playing a game without rules

Intrapreneurship has its own pros and cons because external factors like the amount of freedom you enjoy in the company, risk taking appetite etc are dictated by the parent company and hence its a subjective matter.
 
depends upon the risk taking factor which varies from person to person. If its less then u cn be an intrapreneur.But if you want to be a complete master of your own den being an entrepreneur is definitely the best choice...:-)
