Every company expects their employee to work for the betterment and up gradation of the firm, after putting in all the efforts if employees have problem the firm looks into to solve the problem. A company does everything for supporting the employee. The problems may be either financial or else. If not paid attention the employee gets frustrated and disbelief for the person. These small moments in the life of employees play a major role, hence creating an attachment towards the firm. Supporting employees back is one of the best things a company can do to retain the best talent in the firm.

Much is currently being written about the need to encourage employees to share knowledge in order for companies to maintain a role as an intelligent organization in a technologically sophisticated environment. However, there is little written of the relationship between employee rights to satisfactory employment conditions, employee responsibilities in decision-making, and employee willingness to share their knowledge collaboratively. This paper seeks to redress this gap by discussing the importance of the relationship between employee rights and responsibilities and employee willingness to share knowledge. The reaction of a group of employees (academics) employed in an Intelligent Organization (university) to a reduction in their rights and responsibilities are discussed in order to design a framework of employee rights and responsibilities required for knowledge sharing in intelligent organizations.

Leading companies are researching on the drivers that motivate employees to work and achieve what is wanted. The insights of the same help to achieve the firms target easily. Employee engagement will play a critical role for organizations actively looking to gain competitive advantage in both short- and long-term time horizons.

Employees are now viewed as playing a crucial role in brand management as they facilitate the interface between the organization and the market. Several themes were identified from the interviews, namely, control, foundation, internal marketing (IM), management role, direction, employee satisfaction, enhancers and element of control. Moreover, the upcoming of global brands across all industries ensures that the insights of this study, afforded by the application of a qualitative methodology, have relevance both internationally and across industries.
