As leaders we have to resolve is trained, what is wrong, that we often lose sight of all that is good is.
If you wish to change this to your managementthen you need to use the setting of targets. The goal is to really change about the accountability and habit when they are used correctly. When people share goals, most do not have the proper techniques for setting targets and to obtain the desired results. You can not a goal, or "be a better manager 'Recognize good work in the office." Goals are written to be vague, give us nothing to measure and are not very motivating.
Assuming you still want to pay as a boss, here are someExamples of goals you set, specifically, can be measured and by committing to, they start to actually be a part of your normal routine.
1. Every day someone doing something right and reward them.
2. Every Friday a staff member who has been working very hard lately and recognize them publicly.
3. Schedule a lunch per month with an employee who deserves special attention
4. Each session manager always ask,A list of personnel that must be recognized to be done anything that big. Then everyone realizes on the list within two days.
5. Enter your managers five tokens reward and tell them they can not each week we return to the next team meeting, unless they have passed it all out.
The list is limited only by your imagination, but if you start only one or two of these and are committed to them for a period of two months, they become a part of your dailyRoutine. Once something becomes part of your routine, it is automatically part of your behavior. Once it becomes a part of your behavior, it becomes part of who you are. A manager, employee distinguished rewarding and recognition, is a manager who will produce impressive results for some.
