Women of Finance
Women of Finance is an Employee Resource Network Group, founded in August 2008 to create a membership structure for women in finance organizations that fosters employee growth and development through networking, community service and informal support groups.
At its core is an active membership of approximately 400 DTE Energy women, who work in a finance position or provide support to the finance organization in some way.
Women who participate are given meaningful opportunities to network, to learn and grow and to be of service; all building blocks for employee engagement. Some examples include its Leadership Discussion Speaker Series, which features both internal and external speakers; educational workshops, community service volunteer opportunities such as Habitat for Humanity, COTS and Focus: Hope and our annual career-focused clothing drives that benefit Goodwill and Dress for Success organizations.
