Do people really care about Privacy issues on sites like Facebook or twitter ?

I really dont think people care about privacy issues, apart from few who don't want their information to be picked up by others on these platforms as such there will be a whole bunch of recruiters who will be headhunting and others will take these data for various purposes, future can be personalised experiences,

But I don't think people really give genuine information all the time and people most of the time hate filling these things on social networking sites for that matter...
