The stalwarts of today fade into oblivion tomorrow, hence the imperative need for constant innovation and search for the future torch-bearers. In this dynamic era, obsolescence comes unannounced and those caught napping are made to pay a hefty price. Thus, it is of paramount importance to be on one’s guard to weather the storms of change. In a nutshell, failing to plan is planning to fail.
Parivartan ’11 endeavours to pursue the twin motives of instilling this learning into the future change managers, as well as providing them with an opportunity to test whether their repertoire holds the pertinent, potent and pragmatic tools. Parivartan ’11 aims to foster and refine the competencies required, by pitting you against simulated real life situations, and practical confrontations, that so eminently await us in each step of the corporate ladder. Encashing the relevant skills and hence marching ahead of the crowd, thus becomes a logical fallout.
