There would be major warehouses at prime cities in North(Delhi), West(Mumbai), East(Kolkata) and South(Chennai). Quintessence would be selling its major stock to the wholesalers at wholesale price.


Quintessence after analysing the market environment has found out that drug stores would also be good place to distribute our product as it is acting as a medicine. It will also be distributing its product at general departmental store, so consumers have easy access to the product. The main retail centre which will prove best for sale of “Quench It” are the Pan-Bidi shops which are located at every nook and corner of Indian cities.


Quintessence is planning to make its product available everywhere where cigarette is available. But there is a threat that Pan-Bidi shop sellers would be reluctant to sell our product because they are proposed to sell cigrattes by cigratte companies which gives them certain profit share.


So we have decided to use “push” strategy
Stock of our product would be maintained at all its major warehouses and would also help its retailers in maintaining certain levels of stock. Where rural areas are concerned it would be available at grocery shops and Pan-Bidi shops and special stalls of our product would be set-up on their Bazaar days.


We would make “Quench It” available at all rehabilitation centres at subsidised rates in bulk quantity (monthly dose).
