recent years. We can source funding to support a turnaround plan using our relatonships with a
range of bank and non-bank lenders.
• Cash fow fnance: Many businesses will require cash fow fnance to cover their working capital
requirements, but may not have real estate available to use as security. Dirigo has relatonships with
several lenders that provide working capital fnance without needing property security.

BUSINESS INSURANCE
Business Expense Protecton: Business Expense Protecton insurance pays a monthly beneft to cover
fxed business costs if you sufer an illness or injury and are unable to work.
Key Person Insurance: Also known as Keyman insurance, this can be implemented to minimise the
impact on your business of the loss of a prominent staf member through injury, illness or death.
Buy/Sell Cover: This type of insurance helps the business owners put in place a plan of acton that can
be implemented should one of them pass away, or be unable to contnue partcipatng in the business
due to disability, injury or illness.
Business Debt Protecton: This is aimed at protectng a business entty from potental fnancial loss due
to, the inability to service the debt or the forced repayment of all or some of the outstanding debt, arising
from the loss of the life insured.
PERSONAL INSURANCE
Life Insurance: The most common type of cover, life insurance (or term life) provides a lump sum beneft
to the policy owner on death of the life insured.
Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) Insurance: TPD insurance will provide a lump sum payment should
the person insured sufer an illness or injury which causes permanent disability.
Income Protecton: Also known as salary contnuance, income protecton insurance is designed to
provide a regular income in the event that you are unable to work due to sickness or injury.
Trauma Insurance: Trauma insurance (or critcal illness) cover provides a lump sum beneft on diagnosis

Steve Keefe has extensive management & operatonal experience across a range of
industries, including Banking & Finance, Labour Hire, Plant & Equipment Hire, and Business
Advisory. He has worked with a wide range of companies from startups to small corporates.
Steve is a co-founder of Summit Tower Hire, a wildly successful provider of Truck Mounted
Elevated Work Platorms to some of the largest mining, renewable energy and infrastructure

Chris has over 20 years experience in strategic planning, fnancial management, marketng,
sales, new business development, government tenders and corporate consultng. In that
tme he has worked with both private and government organisatons across a range of
industries including manufacturing, retail, wholesale, government owned corporatons,

Paul felt the calling to an entrepreneurial life from a young age. He relishes the challenge
of creatng and building businesses, and his innate knack of fnding and pursuing proftable
business ideas has seen him meet with considerable success. Paul’s business career has
spanned three countries, including his natve New Zealand, the United States of America
and Australia. He has owned and operated large businesses in a number of industries,
including automotve, hospitality and fnance.
Most notably, from 1992 to 2004 Paul created and owned a diversifed group of businesses
in the USA, with holdings in eight Jify Lube franchises as well as an enormous family
entertainment centre in California. At its peak, his group employed 300 people and turned
over more than US$50m.
In 2004 he returned to New Zealand where he created a fnance broking business, which
he held untl he moved to Australia in 2010. Since moving to Australia he has contnued
to operate in the fnance and business realms, culminatng with his accession into Dirigo
Group in 2015.
