Deutsche MF Plans to launch DWS Fixed Term Fund Series 55


Name of Fund: DWS Fixed Term Fund Series 55

Scheme: The scheme is close-ended debt fund with duration of 12-18 months.

Objective: The investment objective of the fund is to generate regular income by investing in fixed income securities / money market instruments usually maturing in line with the time profile of the fund.

Investment Option: The scheme offers regular and institutional plans with dividend and growth option. The dividend option will further provide a sub option of payout.

Asset Allocation: The scheme will invest up to 100% in domestic debt instruments including government securities & money market instruments and securitized debt including cash and cash equivalents. Investment in securitized debt would be up to a maximum of 100% of the net assets. Investment in derivatives will be up to 50% of the net asset of the scheme.

Face Value: Rs 10

Entry Load: Nil

Exit Load: The scheme will charge an entry load of 2% if the investor redeems any time from the date of allotment but before maturity date. No load on redemption on the maturity date.

Minimum Application Amount: The minimum application amount under regular plan will be Rs.5, 000 and in multiples of Re.1 thereafter and that of under institutional plan will be Rs. 50 lakh and in multiples of Re.1 therafter.
