1. Understanding the skills of team members

From the first question we come to know the understanding of the skills of the team members by the other team members. Here we see that majority of them (12 responses) know the skills of the other team members to a medium extent. Whereas 5 of them know the skills to a large extent and 3 of them know to a small extent.



2. Focusing of differences and similarities between team members
From this question we come to know how extent the similarities and differences of team members are focused. Here 10 of the responses tell us that the similarities and differences are focused up to large extent. Whereas 8 of them think that the differences and similarities are focused up to medium extent, whereas 2 of them points that it is focused up to small extent.




3. Team members are able to integrate diverse ideas.

This question discusses about the integration of diverse ideas by the team members in their team work. Here we see that majority of the responses (12) believe that the team members are able to integrate diverse ideas up to large extent. While there are some responses(6) which believes that the team are able to integrate diverse ideas to medium extent, whereas there are 2 responses which believe that the team members integrate diverse ideas up to small extent.



4. Team members view teams as just collection of people

This question discusses about the view of the team members as just being a collection of people or not. After doing the survey we found that majority of the responses (12) didn’t believe that the team members were just a collection of people. However there were about 6 responses which were not completely describing themselves as a collection of people but to a medium extent. While there were about 2 responses who rated this question as large extent.



5. Team members have a clear set of goals

This question helps us to understand on how extent the team members have clear set of goals. From the study we observe that majority of them i.e.9 responses have clear set of goals. While 8 of them have the clarity of goals up to medium extent. While 3 of them believe that their clarity of goals is to up to small extent.



6. Team members take arguments personally.

This question discusses about that whether the team members take arguments personally or not. After carrying out the survey we found out that majority of them i.e. 10 responses believed that the team members take their arguments personally up to a small extent. Whereas 7 of them find it up to medium extent and 3 of them feel that they take their arguments personally up to lager extent.


7. Every member does his/her share of work properly.

This question discusses about the performance of each member’s share of work. Here we found out that majority of the responses(9) believe that the member’s performance of their work is proper up to a large extent where as some(7) of them feel that it is up to medium extent and some(4) feel that it is up to small extent.



8. Team members are very imaginative and creative.

This question discusses about the team member’s quality of being imaginative and creative. After the survey we found that majority of them(10) feel that their team members are imaginative and creative up to medium extent. Whereas 7 of them feel they are imaginative and creative up to large extent, whereas 3 of them feel that they are imaginative and creative up to a small extent.



9. All members contribute in decision making process.s

This question discusses about the participation of team members in decision making process. Here we found that majority of the people (9) believe that their participation in decision making process should be rated on large extent. Whereas some (7) think it should be rated on medium extent and others (4) think that their participation in decision making process should be rated on small extent.



10. Team meetings are held on regular basis

This question discusses about the punctuality of holding of team meetings. After the survey we found that majority of the responses(10) feel that the team meetings are hold on regular basis. While some(7) think that the meetings are held up to medium extent, while some(3) think that the meetings are held up to small extent.


11. Team is not productive

This question deals whether the teams are productive or not. From the survey we came to know that majority of the people (14) think that the teams are productive, while others think that teams are not that productive.



12. Lack of co-ordination among team members

The above question shows us the extent of co-ordination prevailing among the team members. After conducting the study we came to know that majority of the responses (12) feel that there is good co-ordination among the team members and have rated the question to small extent. Whereas some of them (5) have rated the lack of co-ordination among team members up to medium extent and others (3) have rated it to large extent
