Current Trend: Part Time MBA?

Is part time MBA the current trend with management studies??? Or is it the current trend for certain universities to make good business.???

i go with the second option as far as universities are concerned !! but it helps ppl who dont wanna go for a full time MBA

If it doesn't apply for its cause, then there is no point in having part time MBA. There should be certain restrictions with the universities. The govt should definitely take notice universities that look education as a business.

Hey, it's not a matter of business. It's a matter of choice of the students that the universities are responding.

We shouldn't be so skeptic about the business in education. We all know that the big colleges and universities are registered under Company Act (meaning business) and also we are learning just for business (means earning money)?

It's a fact that no one can provide anything freely, everybody needs to earn and that "Nothing is free"! So, we should be PRO business all the time!

Business isn't bad but the way it is approached might sometimes be appalling and we shouldn't generalize this fact too much! You should remember that "TRADE MAKES EVERYONE BETTER OFF!"

And I am pro Part Time MBA.

If you are a proactive person and going to become an entrepreneur you need to do a trade off between education and your startup / firm or whatever.

Most of the time you can't afford to lose your startup and therefore you might have to trade off education for that. However, with the part time MBA option available you can at least manage to attend universities and get a degree. So, I'm completely for the motion if this topic is any debate.
