One best way to improve your profits is to look at the cost component.Reduce your cost and improve your margins and thereby improve your efficiency which will inturn fetch you new customers,new business.This is what is happening now in IT field.Almost all the IT companies are removing all the freebies which will inturn reduce the costs.Some companies are reducing the manpower which will also save the costs.Companies are also delving into the utilisation rates of the manpower and they are planning to increase the rate.This is all easier said than done.
