The whole and sole purpose of Marketing and advertising is to satisfy consumer and becomes brand loyal. Customer satisfaction is very difficult to maintain because there are so many products which creates clutter and confuse consumer. Consumer is very creamy just one wrong positioning and you lose your consumer. There are so many competition in the market and even consumers don't know what they want leading more problem to satisfy them.
