hey guys can ane 1 plz help for my 100 mks project i hav selected communication and customer service plz temme wat shud i include in it, objectives, wich sector shud i select and wat recommendations cud i make in it temme immediately i hav 2 submitt the synopsis.

Call centers- it heavily depends on communication and customer service is their main task !

Communication and customer service happens in every sector in the front office.

Ofcourse, its prominence is more in service sector industry and its the backbone of a call centre industry.

You may also include the recruitment, training & development, etc.

Correctly said by kartik, that Customer service and communication exist in every sector

But, instead of taking any particular sector you can show a comparison between Govt sector (i.e Govt offices, govt companies, various govt departments) vs private sector.
