There are a lot of career training courses which can help a person to develop valuable skills and knowledge. These in turn help the person to earn more money. The courses are designed for people who do not have much knowledge on a particular subject. They assist a person to develop to his or her full potential. There are technical courses, management courses and many other types of courses all of which contribute toward gaining critical knowledge. Career training courses aid a person in utilizing the skills learned in a proper and efficient manner.
There are various types of courses, such as short-term and long-term. Short-term courses help a person to learn about a particular subject or develop a skill rapidly. Long-term courses help a person to learn about a particular subject in greater detail. These courses are taught in a manner in which a person learns everything that is required to be successful in their chosen field. Whether a course is short term or long term they are generally very flexible and can be learned through various means such as online via the internet, correspondence courses or at the school's facility.

Entrepreneurship as a career option has evolved due to the cut-throat competition and dwindling opportunities in the formal sectors. Any individual who has a dream to do something on their own can seriously consider entrepreneurship as a career option. However, gaining valuable knowledge and learning the skills to start up a venture is as essential as acquiring a formal degree. A program specializing in Entrepreneurship is a great foundation for a successful business venture.Whether you want to set up your own business or enter a business-based career, this program can prove invaluable as they will equip you with the knowledge and skill you need, along with effective investment plans.

why?
Though there is limitless scope in India for entrepreneurship, one can find them only from major cities in the country starting up new ventures especially because of the risky investment factor. There is a need for managers in today’s business environment who can bring up a company from ground level with little training. A program can help an individual in achieving that level of perfection. It not only helps you in scaling your ambitions but also prepares you effectively in skills involving negotiation, employee relations, supervising, marketing, decision making, leadership and other business management skills. The course will help students in applying their entrepreneurial thinking through field studies, personal interactions with successful entrepreneurs and performing as consultants to others creating new ventures.

Enterpreneurship is being encouraged throughout the world and if you can genarate new business ideas, and can be innovative tomorrow the world may be after you

Rural Development Management
:SugarwareZ-196:

According to the report on rural management education in India by Prof M S Sriram, IIM Ahmedabad , one of the pioneering initiatives that has fuelled the demand for qualified professionals in the agri sector is the e-choupal experiment of ITC. which is a quiet digital revolution that has been reforming the lives of farmers in remote Indian villages. E- choupals are village Internet kiosks managed by farmers, which enable the agricultural community to access ready information on the weather and market prices.
In his report, Prof Sriram says that it was with the introduction of such a concept in the rural market place, that the demand for rural managers started moving from the theoretical co-operative space to structured corporate buying. Thus a typical rural manager would have the satisfaction of working with farmers, earning a decent pay package and enjoy the prestige attached to working with a reputed corporate. On the retailing front, starting with RPG's entry into the retail segment through its erstwhile partnership with Foodworld and later with the entry of players like Big Bazaar, Reliance, Bharti and Subhiksha, there has been a demand for managers who possibly comprehended this type of business better.

yes career in rural management is also good for sectoral program..... these specialised people remain in demand as they have an edge over general MBA grads.

Even i think that in this times of recession enterpreneurship is a good option

welli would like to correct youo nthis....
In time of REcession there are so many people who are being sacked out of their job...but yes whenthe economy is back in shape they can easily accomodate themnselves and get a good job then...,but building a new business that ha sfailed in RECESIION is a big task ahead,.....Normally many entreprenuers cannot survive when they have to go back to working under someone else ....irrespective of the shape of the economy

SO think about it and do reply and get back if you disagree....
Waiting for your reply ....Happy to share

Even i think that in this times of recession enterpreneurship is a good option

Its ironic, but I have only just done a reserach project in reserach methodology (part of mms 1 syllabus) that studies the link between career options/growth and education programmes amongst graduates during recession.

According to the survey, experts believe that during the time of recession if you manage to have a secure job then thats good enough. They also suggest that a part time course be studied to boost up the individuals resume and future options.

However if the job scene is not very bright they have suggested investment in a full time post grad programme.

Ofcourse all this depends on the persons financial stability during the recession phase.

Enterpreneurship in my opinion

hey people in my view Enterpreneurship is the best career opportunity for a person who really wanna grow and be something in life. the only condition being that u should have some huge fucding initially to support.
some reasons y i think so:-
1) if u work for some company, then if u earn them 1000rs, then the share u get out of it is merely 500. on the other end if u r working for urself (Enterpreneurship), then the entire profit is urs..
2) if u r working for urself, then u put way more effort, then working for some1 else.
3) we r going throught a recessionary phase right now, and if u start a business right now, u can get good talent(manpower) at very very cheap price. as in, the person who u would have hired for a package of 6 lacs a year ago, now u can hire the same person for at the max. 3-3.5 lacs. and the fear of him leaving the job and going somewhere else are also low, because the vacancies have all dried up.
