i am a commerce graduate and have done a diploma in HR from NMIMS....now i am planning further to pursue my career in training and development.....can anyone suggest on how do i go about it....colleges(mumbai), the scope of growth, how/where i can use it etc.....after scanning net i have come across - tiss, kc college, nmims....please help

Agree with you. NMIMS is the best and well reputed college instead of tiss.
