Hi, the first thing which comes to my mind is NCFM cetification which is well known and widely accepted, but there is a smalll problem NCFM is focussed for financial market. Then i realised i couldn't name any specific certification for banking as a whole.

But now I can name one Finance and Banking fundamental course. I purchased it recently and found that it is written by IIM Alumni. Also the certificates are endorsed by HDFC, Kotak, Axis etc.
