There lies difference in operations domestically as well as internationally. Similarly there lies a difference in human resources activity and the activities. International HR covers all kinds of activities related to the organization – recruitment, selection, and all miscellaneous activities also followed domestically. When speaking about staffing the employee needs differ completely in both of them and hence the staffing policies, recruitment principles and miscellaneous rules and regulations also differ. Management of employee compensation and benefits across different languages currencies and legal system is a complex task.
