Key Result Areas:
1.Performance Mangement;
-Monthly stack data processing
-Performance counseling for PIP cases
-Annual/Mid term promotions
2.Compensation and Benefit
-Salary fixation for promotions and lateral movement thru IJPs
-Annual Hikes
3.Manpower planning
-Bu Org Charts Vis'a vis the ratios i.e. hierarchy vs agent Ratio are being maintained in all process.
-Plan requirement with process head raise JRF and follow up on hiring
-Co Ordinate internal ECom BU induction for new Hires
-conduct interviews for IJPs and run assessment centre
Should have worked on excel and possess excellent communication and people Mangement skill .
Should be MBA / PGDBM in HR or Industrial Relations.
Experience:3 to 5 years
Excellent communication skills and people Mangement skill .
