How often u travelby train?
we mumbaites mostly travel by train. u often get fourth seat to sit with a very small space. Its very uncomfortable. Then u start getting angry on the man sitting on the third seat asking in ur own mind oh no when he will get up. etc. This anger then turns all the things in ur days work.
there is one way out not getting angry on such thing.
When u get a fourth seat u sit on that and start counting from 100 to 1 like 100,99,98... in ur mind. It has happened mostly of times that before reaching 35 30 the man sitting on the third gets up and walks away.
try this and tell me whether it works or not
 
Something we need to think about this.... this technique must be tested with respect to the various locations. I mean with respect to the cities.
 
Everybody says, do Yoga, do this relaxation, do that. If you have a really fierce inner drive that tends manifest itself through anger, Yoga and passive things like that probably aren't the answer initially because they aren't in your present nature. You need something more abrasive. (Though, you might surprise yourself later -- months from now -- after you reduce your anger when you actually do do more passive activities for your own sense of pleasure or calm.)
