Airtel Broadband Sucks. Here's why !

Airtel Broadband sucks .. here's why :

I check the airtel broadband plans and chat with their customer support online from their website and ask multiple times if they have coverage in my area. She assures me that the coverage is there and I will not face any problems.

I make the advance payment online and the very same day someone collects the verification documents and assures me the connection will be made within 24 hours.

The next day I get a call in the morning and an airtel executive tells me he will visit my office and install the connection before evening but does not commit on a time. I sit there alone in my newly started office waiting for him to come until 9pm.

In the interim, I get a call from their call center informing me that they will not be able to install the connection because of coverage issues. I mean wtf ?

I call the installation guy to reconfirm and he says that he has the installation notice and he will make the connection anyhow today.
I call him every hour and he has some excuse or the other and says he will get back to me but never does. This goes on until 9pm when he tells me he will do this first thing tomorrow morning.

That brings us to today. I've been calling him since morning but he does not pick up the call. I get a call from airtel's kolkatta call centre again which says it's not feasible to install it at our location due to coverage issues ...

So.. after getting the advance payment, documents and 3 days delay I have to now look for another ISP provider....

And that's how #Airtel screw me of my time and money once again.
 
Their Commitment is just like sand slips away. They keep on blabbering their goodwill but, in reality they don't give a dame about consumers. Their net pack is so slow that even 3G looks like 2G. All the staffs of Airtel is sloth and just provide a cursory glance on the consumer issue. Their services sucks but, they need advance payment and if there is any procrastination in payment then without notice or reminder cut it off. They literally sucks.

Very much true. Same incident happen with me. I stay near Borivli station and also Airtel Gallery is located at 5mins away from my place, I bought a new Postpaid connection and then from that day my network rate with my call rate dropped. And Now I am Using MY CELL AS A CALCULATOR, as by profession i am Accountant... not Lawyer other wise I would have sued those guys...

OMG !!

Please someone teach #Airtel some Responsibility towards work, can some one sue Airtel people for this. Coz they always behave same way with there customer.

They Call you and try to convince for v.bad and worst Airtel #Broadband Service. They like "Kal ke Kal aap ko Airtel #Broadband connection mile jayega" In English - "SIR YOU WILL IMDEIT NET CONNECTION".
