You learn everything from Start to End about how an agency opeerates and what are the fundamentals needed to start an ad agency(Provided the faculty is GOOD) ....LOL

Am attaching a project which required us to publicize PRIMARK....It is basically an upcoming MALL which stresses more on the Discounted Offerings

Its a very extensive project and might help you all out...

Hey vicky, you are right that it is very important to understand the management of ad agency for anyone who is planning to open their own ad agency. I am also uploading a document where people can get more details on the mentioned topic.
