well its individual who matters to the org n nt the gender..bt stil to say women hav come up on a large scale in MNC's in last some years..their turnover ratio is less so org prefer dem but stil men can hadle the technical things best whereas women r best in HR...bith r equaly imp as an employee

salary is an imp parameter but nt the only parameter for an employee motivtaion..it does play an imp role but an employee also looks for what is there for him/her to grow n prosper in the organisation he/she is working..
