Budget formulation & Revenue Projections

i need help on a project related to budget formulation and REVENUE PROJECTIONS--
this project includes
- studying the last year budget to understand the nature of business and the expenses incurred during the year
- creation of templates for the budget formulation
- variance analysis of the company to understand if the budgets are implemented properly or not
- creation of templates for variance analysis
- a complete financial analysis of the company
- cash flow projections
- financial modelling for future decisions.

Also if someone could give inputs as what can be done in a project, when the company asks you to study their contract with their Customers...Which area of management can be looked at??
