These days we all are hearing news of youth in politics.political leaders keep on giving statements on involvement of youth but ground reality is different, youth are getting chances but all of them belong to political families or have political background. What you all think, how youth can get in politics?

Right now most of the youth that is entering politics is the one which is doing it for the sake of power or building contacts. None of them are interested in Development work. The most apt thing would be that the political parties have a recruitment cell and offer good packages and profiles to the youth who can contribute at the lower management for a start and then be promoted to the actual playing field after having some experience.
